Bio

Mr. Greenwald co-founded Greenbriar in 1999. Prior to co-founding Greenbriar, Mr. Greenwald was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UAL Corporation, parent of United Airlines, Inc., and served as Vice Chairman of Chrysler Corporation. Previously, he held a number of senior positions at Ford Motor Company. Mr. Greenwald is a Trustee of the Aspen Institute, a former Director of Time Warner, Aetna and Ally Financial, and a former Trustee of Princeton University. Mr. Greenwald was presented with the 2011 Outstanding Director’s Award by the Financial Times Outstanding Directors Exchange.
