Mr. Forster has been an investment banker and investor for over 40 years, founding and financing companies in the energy and environmental services fields. He spent 16 years (1975-1990) with Lehman Brothers in its Investment Banking Division where he headed two departments -- High Yield Corporate Finance and Financial Restructuring/bankruptcies. He has served on public company boards of directors, including as Co-founder and Co-chairman of the board of Cheniere Energy. He was the lead investor/control owner of the first bio-solids deep well disposal company permitted by the US EPA. He continues to serve on the Board of Trustees of Mystic Seaport Museum, of which he was Chairman from 2001 to 2007. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
