Bio

Tom is a Vice President and Portfolio Controller and provides fund-level financial reporting and forecasting with primary responsibility for accounting and financial reporting for Green Courte’s retail portfolio and management company. Tom has been with Green Courte since 2010. Prior to joining Green Courte, Tom was an Assistant Controller with Walton Street Capital, a private equity real estate firm. While at Walton Street Capital, he oversaw the financial reporting for two of the firm's real estate investment funds. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
