TJ is a Vice President of Acquisitions responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing on manufactured housing and parking assets. TJ joined Green Courte in 2023. Prior to joining Green Courte, TJ was a Managing Director at Cedar Street Companies. During his time there, TJ focused on all aspects of multifamily development and ownership, including underwriting, deal structuring, and capitalization, as well as asset management, refinance, and disposition activities. Prior to Cedar, TJ worked at Ventas (NYSE: VTR) on both the Investments and Asset Management teams. TJ graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
