Steve is responsible for overseeing development projects related to Green Courte’s manufactured housing investments. Steve joined Green Courte in 2022. Steve has 16 years of experience in the development and construction industry in various management roles. Having previously performed as vice president of development, director, owner’s rep, construction manager, and general contractor, Steve has extensive experience with residential, hospitality, retail, and transportation development, design and construction related activities. Prior to joining Green Courte, Steve was the Vice President of Development for City Club Apartments, a mixed-use developer focused on building and operating urban high-rise apartment communities with resort-class amenities. In his earlier career, Steve was the Director of Development and Construction for AJ Capital Partners where he oversaw the entitlements, planning, design, and development of numerous projects associated with the Graduate Hotels portfolio.
