Bio

Rob is a Vice President of Design, Construction and Development working with the acquisition team, asset management group and residential operating companies to establish and make certain appropriate scope, budgets and project timelines are established and followed. Partnering with True Connections and Windward communities to ensure that brand standards are codified through the design and construction process for the benefit of the resident/customer experience. Prior to joining Green Courte, Rob was most recently a Regional Vice President at Hyatt and before that First Vice President at Tishman, where he managed construction projects, primarily focusing on development and capital improvement at all stages of the projects from acquisition through design and general construction. Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and Construction Management Certification from New York University.
