Marnie is responsible for arranging the financing for all of Green Courte’s fund investments and executing the company’s capital markets strategies. Marnie also leads Green Courte’s investor relations function and oversees all fundraising activities. Marnie has been with Green Courte since 2008. Prior to joining Green Courte, Marnie spent three years with Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance. As an Assistant Vice President in originations, Marnie was part of a team that originated and closed both fixed and floating rate loans on various commercial real estate asset classes located across the country. Prior to Countrywide, Marnie worked at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in a similar loan originations role. Previously, Marnie had completed a capital markets analyst training program at Bank One. Marnie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Northwestern University.
