Kelly, together with the other members of Green Courte’s legal team, is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of Green Courte’s business and investments. Kelly has been with Green Courte since 2004. Prior to joining Green Courte, Kelly was a Partner in DLA Piper’s real estate transactions practice, and he continues as Senior Counsel to the law firm. He joined DLA Piper in 1999. Earlier in his career, Kelly was an officer of Rosenberg & Liebentritt, P.C., a Chicago law firm affiliated with Equity Group Investments, LLC (1990-1999), and an associate and later a partner in the Chicago office of the law firm currently known as Katten Muchin Rosenman (1981-1990). Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from New York University.
