Bio

Paul Licursi is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer and brings over 23 years of private equity experience to Grain Management. Prior to joining the firm, Paul was the Chief Operating Officer at TH Lee Putnam Ventures, a technology-focused private equity firm. Prior to TH Lee, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer at GE Equity, a subsidiary of GE Capital. Paul also held a variety of senior leadership positions at GE Capital after starting his career in the audit practice of KPMG. Paul is also a co-founder of Long Ridge Equity Partners a financial services private equity firm. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York, received an M.B.A. from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and graduated summa cum laude from Iona College with a focus in Public Accounting.
