Bio

Joseph has years of experience in managing healthcare operations and strategy. Most recently he was an Administrator for Hospital Corporation of America’s Ambulatory Surgery Division where he operated, developed, and advised facilities within the TriStar portfolio. Prior to his time at HCA, Joseph managed Business Strategy for Tower Surgical Partners, an ambulatory surgery center and physician practice management company. In this role, he directed strategic initiatives including the expansion of the facility and practice portfolio to the northern New Jersey and Manhattan markets. Joseph’s previous employment includes account and project management for DCI Group, a DC-based international government affairs and strategic communications consulting firm, where he advised hedge funds in distressed debt strategy and represented healthcare institutions in certificate of need campaigns. Joseph holds an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.A. in Politics from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. He lives in Nashville with his wife, a Nashville native and healthcare defense attorney.
