rior to helping start Goode at its formation in January 2006, Mr. Miller was a private investor and advisor to the global branded consumer marketplace. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Miller served as a senior advisor to Itochu Corporation’s executive management in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan. His responsibilities included oversight for the origination, structuring and execution of brand related mergers, acquisitions, licenses, distribution and joint venture agreements in Asia. As a principal investor and while assisting Itochu, Mr. Miller targeted and acquired numerous global consumer and lifestyle brands helping facilitate their growth through management structuring and strategic planning. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Miller was the co-founder and president of an apparel manufacturing and screen printing business. The foundation of this business began during the early days of supplying some of the most iconic bars in New York City like Outback, Lucy’s, Raccoon Lodge, China Club and numerous others. Ultimately, this lead to his supplying some of the fastest growing retail and consumer brands in the world including: Gap, Adidas, Old Navy, Polo Ralph Lauren, Levi Strauss & Co., Armani Exchange, Keith Haring’s Pop Shop, Calvin Klein, Timberland, Express, The Limited and numerous others. This manufacturing platform enabled his company to form business partnerships with both Zoo York and the Wu-Tang Clan enabling the growth of two iconic street brands of the early 90's. Mr. Miller is a board member of Supreme New York®, DTLR/Sneaker Villa and Stone Fire Grill. Former board roles include, Dave’s Killer Bread (sold to Flower Foods NYSE: FLO), Sir Kensington’s condiments (sold to Unilever NYSE:UL), Rosa Mexicano (Sold to TriSpan Partners), La Colombe (sold to Chobani Founder), Intermix LLC (sold to The Gap NYSE: GPS), All Saints Ltd. (sold to Lion Capital), Skullcandy (IPO NYSE: SKUL), Incipio® Incase ®, Lacrosse Unlimited, James Perse, and American Apparel, where he served as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee for 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Mr. Miller was a board advisor to FlightClub, the largest secondary market reseller of new sneakers, through its sale to GOAT, INC. and an early investor in OutdoorVoices. Early in Mr. Miller’s career, he was a former board member or investor in Chrome Hearts, Inc. A Bathing Ape (Japan), Paper Media (publisher of Paper Magazine), and The Impossible Project (the only manufacturer of Polaroid film in the world, based in Vienna, Austria). Mr. Miller was a former board member of the Sachdev Group of New Delhi, India which operates and manages global luxury consumer brands in the country of India - which include exclusive retail operations for Marc Jacobs, Lanvin, Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, Diane Von Furstenberg, Moschino and others. Mr. Miller continues to advise and/or invest in entrepreneurs, advise CEO’s and principal shareholders in the consumer marketplace. Mr. Miller graduated from Clark University with a B.S. in Economics, and lives in New York City with his wife and two children. In Keith’s spare time, you will find him taking large format Polaroid photos using expired film and collecting contemporary and modern art as he has been for over 30 years.
