Mr. Fair joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a Managing Director on the Late Stage Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fair was a Managing Director with NXT Capital’s Venture Finance group, where he led senior and subordinated debt investments in late stage technology and healthcare companies. Mr. Fair was also a Partner with Velocity Financial group prior to its acquisition by NXT Capital. Prior to that, Mr. Fair was a Director with TriplePoint Capital, where he was responsible for providing senior debt facilities to budding technology and healthcare companies. Prior to this position, Mr. Fair worked with two private equity partnerships, Telegraph Hill Partners and The Aurora Funds, and began his career working in Deloitte’s consulting and advisory practices. Mr. Fair earned his BA degree cum laude in Accounting from North Carolina State University. He received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
