Bio

Mr. Valls joined Golub Capital in 2016 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Valls worked at Business Development Corporation of America, where he was responsible for executing and monitoring senior debt and equity investments. Prior to that, Mr. Valls held various positions at Arrowhead Mezzanine, The PrinceRidge Group and Royal Bank of Scotland. Mr. Valls earned his BS degree in Economics from the Wharton School and his BSE degree from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
