Ms. Chadwick rejoined Golub Capital in 2017 and is a Senior Vice President on the Direct Lending team. She is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to this position, Ms. Chadwick was an Associate Relationship Manager in the Technology Finance group at Wells Fargo Capital Finance where she executed and monitored senior debt investments. Prior to that, she worked at Golub Capital as an Associate on the Direct Lending team where she assisted with the underwriting and monitoring of investments for the Firm. Prior to that, Ms. Chadwick worked in UBS’s Investment Banking group where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Chadwick earned her BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
