Bio

Mr. Fulk joined Golub Capital in 2004 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fulk worked in the Merchant Banking group at Indosuez Capital, where he evaluated investments in middle market companies. Mr. Fulk earned his BS degree cum laude in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
