Mr. Persohn joined Golub Capital in 2018 and is a Portfolio Manager and Director of Business Development for the Broadly Syndicated Loan investment business. He helps oversee the marketing and fundraising efforts for the group. He is also responsible for underwriting primary market leveraged loans and monitoring investments for the Firm, with industry expertise covering Business Services, Cargo Transportation, Chemicals and Energy transactions. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Persohn was a Senior Vice President at Kramer Van Kirk Credit Strategies, where he was a credit team leader and responsible for underwriting and monitoring par and distressed debt investment opportunities. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President at Deerfield Capital Management, Credit Analyst at Black Diamond Capital Management and Vice President of Global Markets at ABN AMRO Incorporated. Mr. Persohn earned his BBA degree summa cum laude in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.
