Ms. Carmody joined Golub Capital in 2019 and is the Chief Operating Officer of Direct Lending. She is responsible for the business operations, technology and talent infrastructure to support Direct Lending’s growth. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Carmody was the Chief Operating Officer for Family Management Corporation and its affiliates, including a registered investment advisory business and broker dealer serving high net worth families and non-profit organizations. Prior to this position, she worked for more than two decades at Barclays. She was a Director and Chief Operating Officer for multiple global credit, capital markets and lending businesses within the company. Ms. Carmody earned her BA (Hons) in Economics and Social Studies from the University of Manchester in the U.K. She received an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
