Bio

Michele Shahroody is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Golden Gate Capital, which she joined in 2014. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Michele was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where she advised clients on tax issues associated with corporate transactions and financial and tax reporting. Michele earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a Masters in Tax degree from George Washington University. Michele is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
