Bio

Sang Ho Lee is Chief Executive Officer of Glenwood Private Equity and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Lee co-founded Glenwood and has served as Managing Partner and CEO of the firm since establishment. Prior to Glenwood, Mr. Lee worked at Goldman Sachs. He started his investment banking career in the New York office of Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group, serving banks and insurance companies on various financing and M&A transactions. He subsequently moved to the Hong Kong and Seoul offices before founding Glenwood. During his career at Goldman Sachs, he served a diverse array of global corporates based in Asia executing equity/debt financing and M&A transactions involving financial institutions, manufacturing, consumer retail and corporate holding companies. Before joining Goldman Sachs in New York, Mr. Lee spent five years in the Corporate Finance Team of Samsung Electronics, covering a broad range of accounting and finance functions for Samsung Electronics and all of its subsidiaries. Mr. Lee previously served on the board of Haeyang Energy. Mr. Lee received a B.A. from Korea University, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
