Chan Jung is Chief Operating Officer of Glenwood Private Equity and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Jung co-founded Glenwood and previously served as Chief Investment Officer of the firm since its establishment. He currently oversees investment and portfolio management, global operations and risk management. He also served as CFO and on the board of TongYang Magic, one of Glenwood’s most successful investments. Prior to Glenwood, Mr. Jung worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York for seven years, where he served global top tier private equity firms and broker dealer companies on various financial assurance and value enhancement advisory roles. Before Deloitte New York, Mr. Jung spent five years in the Corporate Finance Team of Samsung Electronics, covering a broad range of accounting and finance functions for Samsung Electronics and its subsidiaries. Mr. Jung previously served on the boards of Haeyang Energy, Seorabeol City Gas, Hankuk Glass Industries, and PI Advanced Materials, and currently serves on the boards of CJ Olive Young and Invitros. Mr. Jung received a M.S. in Accountancy from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey
