Bio

Mr. Steele joined Gladstone in March 2019. Prior to joining Gladstone, he acted as Managing Member at Steele Partners, an investment firm he founded focused on value investments within the public equity markets. He also worked as an Associate at Grey Mountain Partners, a private equity firm based in Colorado, and as an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in New York. Mr. Steele graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with honors in Mathematical Economics. Mr. Steele currently serves on the board or is an observer to the following portfolio companies: Dema Plumbing, Mason West, Old World Christmas, and Utah Pacific Bridge.
