Mr. Ritchie joined Gladstone in November 2018. Prior to joining Gladstone Companies, Mr. Ritchie worked for Ernst & Young from 2011-2018 as a Manager in the Financial Services practice, focusing on Banking and Capital Markets, in McLean, VA as well as Atlanta, GA. Mr. Ritchie is a CPA licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the AICPA and the VSCPA. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alabama where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
