Bio

Mr. Lee joined Gladstone as a Principal in January 2008. Prior to joining Gladstone, he was a Vice President with MCG Capital where he was a debt and equity investor in middle-market companies across industry platforms, with a focus on telecommunications and publishing and including origination/underwriting and Board advisory roles. Prior to his work at MCG Capital, Mr. Lee worked as a Consultant with KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint) from 1993 to 1998 where he performed cost accounting studies for state and local government clients. Mr. Lee earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. Mr. Lee currently serves on the boards of the following portfolio companies: D.P.M.S., Galaxy Tool Holding, Jackrabbit, SBS Industries, Phoenix Door Systems and PSI Molded Plastics.
