Elderd Land joined Gimv in 2000, investing in the Health & Care and Technology sectors. He is an engaged board member and sparring partner for the entrepreneurs with focus on business building and value creation in the portfolio companies. He holds board seats at Equipe Zorgbedrijven, Eurocept and MVZ Holding. Previously he managed the investments in a.o. Oldelft Ultrasound (sold to Smile Invest), 3mensio Medical Imaging (acquired by Esaote), GreenPeak (acquired by Qorvo), Liquavista (acquired by Samsung), RES Software (acquired by Ivanti) and actively supported other Gimv investments such as Telenet (Euronext) and Option (Euronext). Prior to joining Gimv, Elderd worked at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance as head of the telecom sector team in Amsterdam, and at KPN Telecom in the International Business Development group. In both roles, he was involved in a wide range of M&A transactions in Europe and Asia. Elderd holds a Master in Business Administration from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
