David De Peuter joined Gimv as Legal Counsel in May 2018. Since September 2020 he is part of the Consumer platform as a Principal. David worked as corporate and M&A lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s Brussels office from 2007 to 2012, and as General Counsel at LakeSprings Group (family office) from 2013 to 2018. David holds a Master in Law from KULeuven (2007) and an LL.M from Harvard Law School (2009).
