Bio

Eugene Wong is Head, Private Equity (PE) Europe, with oversight of the PE Funds & Co-Investment Group, as well as the Direct Investments Group in Europe. He is also co-chair of GIC’s Credit Business Group. Eugene is based in London. Eugene joined GIC in 1989 and has since been with the company’s PE Group, apart from a two-year period with OCBC Bank in London between 1996 and 1997. Eugene holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
