Alex Munoz is a Vice President of Asset Management at GI Partners with primary coverage of northeast U.S. real estate assets. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Munoz was a Vice President of Asset Management at Goldman Sachs covering office, industrial, and retail real estate assets for the firm’s balance sheet and third-party accounts. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Munoz was Director of Asset Management for a Paris-based family office. Alex began his career as an asset manager at PGIM Real Estate covering various property types for the firm’s Core Plus investment vehicle. BSBA in Finance and Operations Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business; Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU- Schack Institute of Real Estate;
