David W. Miller, Ph.D., is a 25 year veteran of the biopharmaceutical industry with executive and operational roles in the development and launch of over 20 products. From 2010 to 2017, he was Senior Vice President of Global Market Access at Biogen with responsibility for securing patient access to Biogen products worldwide. Prior to joining Biogen in 2010, he founded a consultancy delivering business and commercial strategies to biopharmaceutical clients. He previously worked at Elan, holding roles as Vice President of Pharmacoeconomics, Managing Director, Asset Executive, and Head of International Operations. Dr. Miller began his pharmaceutical industry career at GlaxoSmithKline in pharmacoeconomics and assumed increasing responsibilities in US and ex-US roles towards becoming Vice President of Global Health Outcomes.
