Bio

Christian is a healthcare specialist and brings a combination of medical, transaction and entrepreneurial experience to GHO Capital. He was previously with Duke Street where he focused on investment opportunities within the pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics sub-sectors. In his role as Investment Executive, Christian was responsible for deal evaluation and execution, in addition to origination via his healthcare network. Prior to Duke Street, Christian worked at KPMG Corporate Finance and Transaction Services where he qualified as a chartered accountant and executed both sell- and buy-side transactions for financial sponsors and trade purchasers. Christian started his career as a doctor in major London teaching hospitals such as Hammersmith Hospital and St Mary’s Hospital. Christian qualified as a medical doctor at Imperial College London, where he was awarded multiple academic prizes, and also earned a BSc in cardiovascular sciences in parallel. Following his studies, Christian co-founded a medical technology company, ASep Healthcare Limited, to commercialise a medical product that he developed with a colleague. With ASep Healthcare Limited, Christian has completed two further funding rounds to expedite product launches and international expansion. Christian is fluent in Dutch and is conversational in French.
