Philip D. Fowler, III is President, Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member of Geneva Corporation. In addition, he is Chairman of one of its divisions, Covington Power Services. Mr. Fowler serves on the Advisory Board for the Bryan School of Business at the University of North Carolina. He is past chairman of the Detroit Diesel Allison Distributor Executive Committee and a former director of the North Carolina Trucking Association. Prior to joining Geneva Corporation in 1993, Mr. Fowler was Executive Vice President of Hatteras Yacht Company. Mr. Fowler graduated from Susquehana University with a B.S. Degree in Business and received an Executive Management Degree from Babson College.
