Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of GP Capital overseeing accounting, financial reporting, investor relations, and regulatory compliance. Prior to GP Capital, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at OFS Energy Fund, a Houston-based, energy focused private equity firm. Prior to OFS, Jeff was the Controller at The Sterling Group, a Houston-based private equity firm. Prior to Sterling, Jeff was an Assurance Senior Associate at PwC specializing in investment management and private equity clients. Jeff began his career as a tax accountant specializing in partnership taxation at Calhoun, Thomson + Matza, LLP, a BDO Seidman Alliance firm. Jeff attended Texas State University where he obtained his Master of Accountancy and is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas. Jeff is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.
