Lou Sokolovskiy has extensive expertise in transaction origination and execution, working with a range of private equity firms. Additionally, Mr. Sokolovskiy created multiple entrepreneurial ventures in the technology arena, responsible for managing operations, initiating strategic partnerships, and new business development. Mr. Sokolovskiy has consulted for various companies in the healthcare management, finance, and technology industries focused on improving operations and corporate strategy. Mr. Sokolovskiy is active in numerous nonprofit organizations, such Aish HaTorah LA, AIPAC and JNF. Mr. Sokolovskiy is a member of Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and he is Wexner Heritage fellow. Mr. Sokolovskiy holds a B.S. degree cum laude in Business Administration from University of Southern California and MBA from UCLA, Anderson School of Management.
