Nicole Ruddy is a Senior Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s human capital analytics and compensation programs. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Nicole served as an Independent Consultant for Willis Towers Watson, focusing on organization transformation and workforce analytics. Prior to that, she was a Consultant in the executive compensation and rewards consulting practice at Willis Towers Watson.
