Lucas Jones is Chief of Staff to the Head of EMEA and Global Head of Climate at General Atlantic. Previously, he was a member of the firm’s Growth Acceleration team. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Lucas was an Associate at Strategy & where he worked with private equity and corporate clients on due diligence and growth strategy projects.
