Andrea Beer is a Vice President at General Atlantic. She provides strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies in LatAm with a focus on Talent and Human Capital. Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Andrea was a Principal at Egon Zehnder, leading projects in executive search, organizational design, talent management and governance. Prior to that, she was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, leading projects in strategy and go-to-market, organization redesign, talent management and transformation.
