Joseph Griggs joined Gen Cap in 2023. Previously, Mr. Griggs was Vice President with Walnut Grove Capital Partners where he focused on investments and portfolio oversight of privately-owned companies. Prior to Walnut Grove, Mr. Griggs worked as an Associate with The Stephens Group in Arkansas, executing investments in privately-owned, middle market companies across a variety of end markets. Mr. Griggs began his career in the investment banking division of Citigroup, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He holds B.B.A and B.A. degrees from Southern Methodist University.
