Bio

Mr. Ginsberg joined Gen Cap in 2013. Previously, Mr. Ginsberg was an Associate Director with ORIX Ventures where he focused on originating and executing venture debt and equity investments. Prior to ORIX, Mr. Ginsberg worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Banc of America Securities, focusing on debt financings for middle-market and large corporate clients in the healthcare, technology, and media sectors. He holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
