Bio

Andrew Lerner is a Managing Director and the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Gemspring Capital. Prior to joining Gemspring, Andrew was a Managing Director and the Deputy General Counsel – Americas of Moelis & Company, and the General Counsel of Moelis Asset Management LP. Previously, Andrew served as a Director & Counsel at Credit Suisse. Andrew began his career as a corporate attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York. Andrew holds a JD from New York University School of Law, an MA in Political Science from The New School for Social Research, and an AB, magna cum laude, in Philosophy from Muhlenberg College.
