Scott is an Operating Partner for Gauge Capital, where he focuses on restaurant and food investments. Scott currently serves on the board of Chaac Foods, a Gauge portfolio company. Outside of Gauge, Scott serves as the CEO of SAC Enterprises and is a Swenson’s Drive-In Restaurants board member. Previously, Scott was CEO of RAVE Restaurant Group, as well as President & CEO of Smashburger. Scott obtained his BA in Business Administration and Management from University of Missouri-Kansas City.
