Jason is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer / Chief Compliance Officer at Gauge Capital, where he leads the firm’s finance, accounting, financial reporting, compliance and tax functions. He previously held several senior roles at TPG Capital and served as the Chief Financial Officer for a large Family Office, where he led the finance, accounting, tax, human resources, information technology, and portfolio management functions. Jason started his career in the business consulting groups of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Jason received his MPA and BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
