Frank is an Operating Partner at Gauge Capital, focusing on investments in the financial technology (fintech) sector. Throughout his career, Frank has played a key role in designing, developing, and managing numerous fintech products and services. These innovations have had a far-reaching impact, benefiting the daily financial lives of millions of consumers and businesses alike. Outside of Gauge, Frank is focused on commercializing artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cryptocurrency-related technologies to enhance outcomes for the private and public sectors. Frank's career includes leadership roles at Venmo, PayPal, Paydiant (acquired by PayPal), Transactis (acquired by Mastercard), Capco (acquired by FIS), Unisys, KPMG Consulting, and Citigroup. Frank earned a PGDip with Distinction in financial strategy from the University of Oxford, attended the MBA program at Pace University, earned an AB in international political economy from Fordham University, and is an adjunct at the RAND Corporation.
