Bio

Carson is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. He works in the firm’s government, industrials, and business services and technology sectors. Prior to joining Gauge, Carson was an Associate at Edge Natural Resources, where he completed middle market private equity investments in the energy and business services sectors. Earlier in his career, Carson worked in the investment banking division at Barclays, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Carson received his MBA from Harvard Business School and received his BBA and BA in Finance and Plan II, respectively, from The University of Texas at Austin.
