Mr. Stuelpe is intimately involved in acquisitions, strategy development for portfolio companies and coordinating marketing and business-development activities for both PREF and PMF. During a distinguished 35-year career he presided over a $1.5-billion parking management service company and is widely regarded as among the chief pioneers of the parking industry. During his career, he has originated and completed $170 million worth of parking-related real estate transactions. At the same time, he has initiated and overseen the friendly acquisition of 15 parking management companies, establishing a track record as a proven parking-industry integrator. A past president of the National Parking Association, he has also been awarded the Excellence in Management Medal by Case Western Reserve University and the ESPRIT Award for Excellence by Booz Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Stuelpe received his BA from Indiana University.
