Bio

Shane Tiemann is a Partner of Gamut, responsible for all aspects of leading an investment, and serves as Sector Lead of Distribution, Transportation/Logistics, Energy and Healthcare. Prior to joining Gamut, Mr. Tiemann was a Principal at Veritas Capital, where he was responsible for identifying, executing and managing control private equity investments across a range of industries. Previously, he was a Vice President at Kelso & Company. Earlier in his career, he worked at Bear Stearns in its Merchant Banking Division. Mr. Tiemann currently serves on the boards of directors of JPW Industries and PS Logistics. Previously, he served as a director on the boards of companies including 4Refuel, APTIM, DSW Holdings, Hunt Marcellus, Nivel Parts and Manufacturing, SolAero and Verscend. Mr. Tiemann graduated with a BS in Accounting and also earned an MBA from Indiana University.
