Marc is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s finance, compliance and ESG activities. Prior to joining Gallant, Marc was an Investment Professional at Alignment Credit where he led sourcing and execution of investments in late stage venture and middle market companies. Prior to Alignment Credit, Marc was a technology investment banker at Piper Jaffray and previously was Portfolio Controller at Summit Rock Advisors. Marc started his career as an auditor in the alternative investment management group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Marc earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting summa cum laude from Monroe College. Marc is also a Certified Public Accountant.
