Ehsan is responsible for performing operational due diligence and driving operational and sales transformations in the portfolio companies at Gallant Capital. Prior to Gallant, Ehsan led a search fund seeking an acquisition in the lower middle market including leading all activities from sourcing to structuring proprietary and brokered deals. Prior to that, Ehsan was Vice President of Operations at Platinum Equity’s portfolio company leading a turnaround and merger integration. Ehsan has over 15 years of experience managing, improving, and building businesses in Fortune 500, Private Equity, and consulting roles. He has held several operational and sales leadership roles at General Motors, Siemens, and an automotive EV company. Ehsan received a B.S.E. and M.S.E. in Industrial & Operations Engineering with Honors from University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
