Rob Dellinger is a Principal at Gainline. Prior to joining Gainline in 2022, Rob was a Managing Director at Grey Mountain Partners, which he joined in 2016. At Grey Mountain Partners, he was responsible for investment sourcing and evaluation, diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. Prior to that, Rob was an Associate at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) on the North America Mezzanine team. Rob began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Global Consumer Products & Retail group at UBS in New York. He received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
