Kerri McNicholas is a Partner at Gainline. Prior to joining Gainline in 2017, Kerri was a Vice President at Spire Capital Partners, which she joined in 2013. At Spire Capital Partners, she was responsible for investment sourcing and evaluation, diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management. Prior to Spire Capital, Kerri was an investment professional at Lincolnshire Management, Inc. At Lincolnshire, she was responsible for all aspects of diligence, financial analyses and transaction execution. Kerri has served as a director or observer of numerous companies, including Lighthouse eDiscovery, Vector Media, Performance Assessment Network and Surgent Professional Education. She received a B.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
