As Managing Principal, Kevin manages the daily operations of Fundamental Capital. Kevin brings a unique perspective to private equity; drawing upon his experience as a private equity investor, board member, operating executive, and capital provider to lower and middle market companies. His private equity experience includes roles with Questor Partners and Heller Investments, focusing primarily on transactions for businesses that require strategic and operating assistance. He led the acquisition of companies such as Schwinn Cycling & Fitness and related add-on investments and also served as Interim CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Kevin received his Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University 's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
