Bio

David is a Managing Director of Fulton Capital and co-founded the firm in 2003. David is currently a Director of Green Creative and Royal Pacific. In addition, David was a Director of Fulton Capital's previous investments, including E-conolight, Cobra Wire & Cable, NEPW Logistics, and Comtel Pro Media. Prior to Fulton Capital, David worked at Prairie Capital where he focused on equity and mezzanine investments and at Merrill Lynch where he was an investment banker. David began his career as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, where he specialized in leveraged buyout and private equity transactions. David has a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Illinois.
